Salle de Bain is a collection of intimate, playful works designed for close encounters.
It gently pokes at the seriousness with which art is often held, without dismissing its value.
These works are not about scale, spectacle, or reverence.

The Collection
Salle de Bain invites artists to create works that thrive in proximity — pieces that reward a second glance, a private smile, or a moment of pause in an unexpected setting.
The project embraces irony without cynicism, intimacy without preciousness, and seriousness without solemnity.
Submission Guidelines

Scale: Maximum 20 × 20 cm

Medium: Any medium is welcome — painting, drawing, print, sculpture, or mixed media — as long as the work can be safely handled, displayed, and shipped

Theme: Playful, ironic, or thought-provoking — works that engage with humor, intimacy, and unexpected encounters

Price: Fixed at $250 AUD per work

Artist Share: 60% of the sale goes directly to the artist

Anonymity: Submissions are anonymous — only PoMo knows the artist identity

Selection: All submissions welcome. Works are lightly curated for cohesion and playful tone

Display & Circulation
Selected works will enter the PoMo Art Club ecosystem.
They may appear in the PoMo Viewing Room, feature in Salle de Bain Collection, and circulate through intimate, domestic-scale contexts aligned with the spirit of the collection.
This is not a final destination, but a life in motion.
